Time wrongly displayed on MacOSX for mauritian time zone
Hi everyone, been some time since i posted something. Around some days, it seems time on my mac [and some of my friends's mac] are being displayed wrongly [1 hour +]. It seems osx is still using our last years configuration :p i.e summertimes
Time wrongly shown, 9:27PM instead of 8:27PM
For now you can fix this by setting time to manual instead of automatically fetch time information online.
My mood: Great
lately am feeling really really cozy
maybe coz of someone
you never know ^^

But do not delete those settings (if applicable of course, I am only a windows user).
Once the election will be over, there is much probability that the summertime will be back! Hopefully for a shorter period of time.

This is because Mac OS X uses an outdated zoneinfo database. I logged a bug report to Apple a few days ago. As far as I know, Apple updates its zoneinfo database only when a new version of Mac OS X is released. I’m still using 10.5.8 so I guess I’ll need to wait for 10.5.9…

Ben,
