Regime The Nilesh’s way, Day 1

I Survived, but its only the first day la

heh its not me on the picture :p

Well, all ‘regime’ failed for me, as i always tend to eat twice as much the next day after i start eating less, i’ll go crazy if i don’t eat .. a lot.

Anywayz, the nilesh way of fasting is to stop eating rice and to replace the rice with bread. Since it does sound logical, that i will end up eating less bread but more curry, i decided to follow his ways (besides, it won’t stop me from eating :p)

I think this time it will work… but I’ll comment more on this later.

Why i believe it will work? First coz it is logical, secondly, because, i know nilesh since college days, damned he was a fat ass, I had to do one year at college thanks to physics, so after 1 year when i saw nilesh at univ, i thought “wtf is that, this isn’t possible”, i even thought it must be a joke, that he must be nilesh brother or something like that, but non, c’etait bel et bien li meme, he had that ‘daria’ like attitude like the old nilesh, so bizin li meme sa. He has gone from fat to slim in one year! Now in my last year at hsc, i gave up body building, i started getting fat, and well, i never stopped eating, so i went from slim to fat in one year :p (thank god, i can still suck out my breath in, and hide my paunch :p)

Going to reverse the process!

Day 2: Success
Day 3: Dangerous plan to kfc, went to kfc with some friends, had some rounders & zingers & drumsticks & salad & icecream & nuggets and  pepsi :(   [taucoor, rami & deo were with me 16 aug 07]

    Diet is an ongoing process. Dont be harsh on yourself. Take ur time to trim. If u do it hastily, u might end up twice as fat. That happen to me thats why i am sharing it

    Diet? Life is short!!!!! And that bread theory?? Really??? I barely eat rice since i’m in Oz! I only eat bread now, and to tell you the truth, i’ve put on weight. I used to be so skinny, now i’m normal sized. LOL. So tell me when u r ready if it actually works for you!

    Well from what I know, “arete manger” pou fer regime, 1 fosse zafer net sa. The key is to spend more than you consume, that way you’ll be able to eliminate the excess fat.
    Btw I’ve got some nice video to keep fit
    8 min exercises( 5 body parts in all = 40 mins) that can be done at home….that really work (though I am not putting into practice, I know it work, I tried it and its worth it)…and that gonna surely make your ass slimmer..lol
